Life moves fast, but stiffness can slow you down
in a hurry. Stiffness of various joints including the neck, back
and knees is often present after periods of inactivity. While
some of this is common with aging, its effects can be lessened
with chiropractic care. As we age, our muscle loose strength and
flexibility. Our joints may degenerate under years of wear/ tear
and carrying extra weight. The result is worn joints, weak muscles
and stiffness. Chiropractic manipulation is aimed at restoring
normal alignment and motion of a joint thus improving its mobility.
In addition to chiropractic manipulation, your chiropractor might
use moist heat, ultrasound, massage and therapeutic exercises/
stretches. Life is short, keep moving!
